Based in Woodley, you will work alongside experienced family lawyers who follow the Resolution Code of Practice, promoting a constructive and client focused approach to family law.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing and progressing a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, and arrangements involving children
* Providing clear legal advice and representation to clients during sensitive family matters
* Drafting court documents, legal correspondence, and settlement agreements
* Collaborating with colleagues on complex cases while maintaining high standards of client care

We're Looking For:
* Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in family law
* Confident managing your own family law caseload independently
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Commitment to a constructive approach to family law in line with Resolution principles
