Field Service Engineer - 7.5 Tonne Driver
Join Safetykleen’s Exeter team in a varied, hands‑on role where you’ll spend your day on the road visiting a wide range of customers. Backed by a supportive local team, you’ll service and clean our machines, carry out minor on‑site repairs (training provided), and safely collect chemical waste – delivering a professional, friendly service that keeps customers productive and helps make our planet safer & kleener.
No previous experience? No problem. You’ll get full training from day one and ongoing development throughout your career with us – plus opportunities to work towards industry qualifications (e.g., ADR) as you progress.
Responsibilities
* Visit scheduled customer sites across your local patch.
* Service, clean, and quality‑check our machines to keep them running smoothly.
* Carry out minor repairs with the support and training we provide.
* Safely collect and handle chemical waste, following our safety processes.
* Complete simple digital paperwork on a handheld device and keep the CRM up to date.
* Be the friendly face of Safetykleen – professional, reliable, and customer‑focused.
Qualifications & Experience
* Full UK driver’s licence.
* Class 2 licence (newly qualified accepted) or 7.5‑tonne driver.
* A customer‑first mindset and pride in a job well done.
* Practical, hands‑on approach with strong attention to safety and detail.
* Clear communication and confidence using a handheld device.
