We are Excited to be recruiting for an Office/Sales Manager at a prospering business based in Fleetwood. This is a role for someone with Food industry experience and the drive to grow and manage a great team! This role is an easy commute for people travelling from Cleveleys, Bispham, Poulton Le-Fylde, Layton and Hambleton.
Office/Sales Manager Salary: £35,000-£40,000
Office/Sales Manager Hours: 8am-4pm Monday to Friday

Office/Sales Manager roles and responsibilities:
* Mentoring, Motivation, Inspiring and coaching of the Internal Sales Team.
* Sales training, development and performance management.
* Ensuring the team meets / exceeds all sales targets and managing individual KPIs.
* To communicate and allocate tasks on a daily basis.
* Develop sound knowledge of customers’ needs and competitor activity.
* Prepare and hold effective meetings ensuring effective communication and information sharing.
* Manage all customer calls and correspondence.
