The Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to an assigned caseload of 5 clients in a residential treatment program. They guide all clinical treatment activities along with the treatment team. Responsibilities include completing treatment plans, clinical notes, and all necessary documentation. The therapist establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic environment aligned with the agency's values and clinical philosophy. They must meet all administrative, legal, and program requirements mandated by operating contracts, including DCPP and COA standards. The therapist oversees and coordinates all aspects of a resident’s treatment program and provides therapy in accordance with the treatment plan, collaborating with other treatment team members.
Hours:
This is a 40-hour full-time benefitted position, which includes:
* Some remote work opportunities
* Supervision provided
* CEUs provided and paid for, including paid training days
* 3.2 weeks PTO in the first year, 4 floating holidays, and 9 agency holidays
* Annual retention bonus
Education/Experience:
Master’s Degree in social work or counseling. License required: LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC.
