The Role
You will advise on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
* Disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Redundancy, unfair dismissal, and discrimination claims
* Employment Tribunal representation
* TUPE and workforce restructuring
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

About You
* Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in employment law (PQE levels flexible as a guide)
