What Youll Do:
* Lead and manage projects, focusing onnon-housing stock, from start to finish.
* Providetechnical adviceand support to clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
* Prepare specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for improvement, refurbishment, and new build projects.
* Oversee tendering, contract management, and project delivery, ensuring quality and compliance.
* Conduct site surveys, including condition assessments, dilapidations, measured surveys, and defect analysis.
* Work on conservation projects, exploring materials, repair methods, and quality control.
