About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care within a welcoming residential and dementia care home in Bolton. This is a varied position that combines administrative responsibilities with on-shift leadership. You’ll help oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and lead by example on the floor to support your team and residents.
Your roles will include:
* Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day running of the home.

Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated care team.

Maintain high standards of care and ensure CQC compliance.

Support with care planning, audits, and quality monitoring.
*
Work a balanced rota between office hours and shift-based work.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals.
