Business Development Manager / Account Manager / Field Sales – Bristol/Chippenham – Global Luxury Brand
We are currently recruiting for a global leading luxury health, hair and beauty brand, who you would instantly recognise through TV, Radio and advertising. As a company they employ over 40,000 people worldwide, turnover around $20 billion and have been established for over 100 years. This is working within a fast paced, glamourous industry where they are looking for people with a field-based sales experience and a consultative approach.
Role:
You will be responsible for -
* Managing an account base of around 80+ spending accounts on a well performing territory
* New business and developing a number of warm accounts also on territory
* Consultative sales approach working to grow your existing accounts
* Managing your own diary/territory
* Selling a range of market leading products and acting as a business partner to your accounts
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will -
* Have a minimum of 1 years’ field sales experience
* History of account management and new business (ideally business to business)
* Have a stable sales background
* Someone who is structured in their approach to help build and develop accounts
* Live on/near the area (Bristol, Bath, Chippenham, etc)
* Good at building relationships
Package:
* Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 (negotiable based on level of experience)
* Bonus: up to £45k – paid MONTHLY – current OTE £20-25k based on territory performance
