Shift & Salary Details
1. Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
2. Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days, two-week rolling rota
3. Salary: £27,540 per annum
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Nightshift Despatch Administrator, you’ll support our overnight logistics operation, ensuring store orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
4. Coordinating shop order processing and dispatch during night shifts
5. Issuing loading tickets, dispatch notes, and allocating vehicles for delivery routes
6. Resolving logistical issues such as delivery rerouting or vehicle maintenance problems
7. Communicating with store teams about delivery times and order status
8. Supporting loading and picking teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
9. Using internal systems (including Excel and transport software) to keep operations running smoothly
