Role Purpose
As Assistant Site Manager,you'llsupport the Site Manager to ensure production runs smoothly, meeting agreed programmes, budgets, and quality standards.You'lluphold our commitment to safety, compliance, and excellence, whilerepresentingPlaces for People's People First approach in every interaction with customers, suppliers, and the wider community.?
Whatyou'lldo
You'll manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring safe working practices are alwaysmaintained. Quality will be at the heart of your work, overseeing build stages and inspections to guarantee homes are completed to the highest standards before handover.You'llcarry out health and safety inductions,maintainsite discipline, liaise with NHBC and other stakeholders, and deputise for the Site Manager whenrequired. From planninglogisticsto resolving snagging issues for new homeowners,you'llkeep the site running efficiently and safely.?

Experienceon a housebuilder site/construction site
Knowledge of NHBC guidelines
Full clean driving licence
SMSTS qualification
CSCS card
