* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in our holiday homes

* Work closely with the Accommodation Manager to recruit and train a well-trained team of cleaners

* Ensure that cleaning schedules are met and that all necessary equipment and supplies are available

* Analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience

* Collaborate with the Accommodation Supervisors to ensure that cleaning standards are consistently met

* Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise

* Manage and maintain accurate records using our systems
