What the Job Involves You will be responsible for managing a team of practitioners within the 'front door' setting, overseeing and facilitating the processing of contacts received. This role includes ensuring effective service delivery and continuous improvement in practice standards. There may also be a requirement to travel outside of the borough to provide necessary support to a young person or vulnerable adult.
