Overview of Role Key role in driving sales growth within construction industry, building relations with architects and contract administrators and other stakeholders in the industry. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships in the construction industry, including on the platforms like LinkedIn, Constructionline, etc Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with property investors developers, quantity surveyors, contractors, architects, and key stakeholders. Deep understanding the processes in the company, quotes, valuations, QS, margins to ensure successful negotiation throughout the pipeline and secure a deal Have knowledge of the construction industry Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals with clients. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, procurement) to ensure seamless project execution. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads. Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing reports and insights to senior management. Maintain an updated database of prospects, leads, and existing clients, prepare reports for regular team meetings and external meetings Maintain and promote the sale spirit inside the team, coach the team on how to efficiently promote the company’s services. Participating in networking events and ensure proper representation of the company on the market Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly. Main Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the construction industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business relationships. Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and industry regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
