You work with the trainers and external clients to book venues, help with training materials, organise dates/times, invoicing and reporting. Essentially, you manage the client experience from start to finish. What do you need? 3 years experience in a professional services environment covering administration and dealing with external clients. Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel. Having experience within a training or event management would help you stand out but not essential.
