We’re seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager with a strong engineering background to lead cross-functional development projects in optics, aerospace, or medical technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multi-phase technical development programs
* Contribute technically to engineering design and hardware builds
* Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and ensure milestones and budgets are met
* Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ClickUp) effectively
* Occasionally attend in-person customer meetings (minimal travel)
Requirements:
* Technical Program Management or optical engineering leadership experience.
* Degree in Optical or Mechanical Engineering (graduate degree preferred)
* Experience in optics, mechanics, opto-electronics, or opto-mechanics
* Familiarity with CAD, ray tracing, or PCB design software
* Strong communication and multitasking skills
