Our teams support patients to live independently and improve their quality of life in the places they call home.
In this role you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including physiotherapists and nurses, to provide ongoing clinical activities such as rehabilitation, recovery, nursing tasks, and support with daily routines and personal care.
We are also interested in hearing from occupational therapy or physiotherapy students nearing qualification who want to build confidence and gain valuable experience within community healthcare.
Working within our South Gloucestershire locality, your base location will be either Warmley Business Park (BS30 8XP) or Woodlands Court (BS32 4LB).
We offer a tailored training package to suit your development needs and support you within your role. Where you wish to progress further, we provide opportunities such as apprenticeships, in partnership with local higher education providers.
Enhanced pay is offered for weekends and bank holidays. Mileage is reimbursed and we provide a generous annual leave allowance.
The service currently runs from 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week. Full and part‑time hours are available with a mixture of shifts.
