Location: Based in the North West, including areas such as Blackburn, Bolton, and surrounding regions.
Experience Required:
Proven experience in Account Management within any Waste Management sector.
Essential experience in Hazardous waste management, including Clinical waste, WEE waste, Tankering, or White goods.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication abilities for building and maintaining client relationships.
Familiarity with WM3 waste classification preferred.
HNC Chemistry or higher qualification desired.
Minimum 1 year of hazardous waste management experience.
Role Overview:
Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Nurture and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
Provide timely and accurate quotes to clients.
Office-based role focused on client support and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
Address potential contract cancellations with confidence, aiming for high retention rates.
Drive innovation and sustainable practices in Waste Management through evidence-based contract development.

Previous Industry Experience:
Waste Management, Recycling, Reclamation, and Recovery sectors.
Hazardous Waste including Radioactive, Nuclear, Petrochemical, Chemical, Toxic, and more.
Specializations such as Clinical Waste, Asbestos, Electronic Waste (WEEE), and Bulky Waste.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (COMAH, Hazpak) preferred.
