The starting salary is £30-£60k commission. On Tangent jobseekers sign-up and then connect with mentors for help with their CV, applications, industry advice and even support with salary negotiations. We’re on a mission to change this and we need your help! No previous experience or a degree is required, just a passion for the mission - helping jobseekers get hired with the help of a mentor. What You'll Do: * Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential client companies who would benefit from Tangent's services. * Outreach: Initiate contact with target accounts through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media. * Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs and suitability for Tangent's offering. * Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organisations. * Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities and opportunities within our CRM system. * Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve shared goals. * Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
