1. Position Overview
Job Title: Operations Manager
Reporting To: Managing Director
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational running of the business, ensuring that all kitchen projects, internal processes, suppliers, logistics, and client delivery functions run efficiently.
This role requires strong leadership, organisation, and commercial awareness, with responsibility for managing workflow across sales handover, project delivery, installation coordination, aftercare, and team performance.
2. Essential Criteria & Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operations, project delivery, or management role within kitchens, interiors, or construction
• Proven ability to oversee multiple live projects and operational workflows simultaneously
• Previous experience within the kitchen industry, ideally with German kitchen brands and systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience coordinating suppliers, installers, and internal teams
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Commercial awareness including margin, budgets, and payment tracking
• Proficiency in CRM systems, project tracking tools, and operational reporting
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to attend client sites when required
3. Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day business operations across sales, design handover, project delivery, and aftercare
• Manage workflow and capacity planning across the team
• Coordinate suppliers, installers, contractors, and logistics partners
• Monitor project timelines, delivery schedules, and installation programmes
• Ensure all client projects are delivered on time and to company standards
• Manage operational systems, processes, and internal reporting boards
• Improve efficiency across ordering, delivery, installation, and remedial processes
• Oversee issue resolution and escalation management
• Support the Managing Director with business performance, team management, and growth strategy
• Maintain exceptional client service standards throughout the project lifecycle
4. Salary
Salary for this role will be determined based on experience and suitability for the position, with the potential to introduce a performance-based bonus structure.
This role is subject to a 6-month probation period, during which performance, suitability, and overall fit within the business will be reviewed.

Travel to client homes, project sites, and the Northwood showroom may be required.

Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
