The Role
As a Showroom Sales Manager you will inspire customers to realise their dream bathrooms. You will identify and capitalise on every sales opportunity, forging trusted relationships and ensuring that our promise to customers is exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement.
* Manage the end‑to‑end sales journey, putting customer wants and needs at the forefront.
* Collaborate with in‑branch colleagues and trade customers to build relationships and cross‑sell.
* Promote the showroom locally with creative outreach.
* Consistently strive to make the showroom the best and anticipate customer needs.
* Build rapport quickly, creating trusted relationships and enabling exceed expectations.
