Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the global rollout of an innovative digital platform. The role involves coordinating project activities, managing timelines, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring the delivery of key milestones. Additionally, the candidate will support change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Rollout Coordination: Manage deployment tasks, project plans, timelines, and dependencies across regions.
2. Progress Tracking: Monitor project status, update documentation, and report to stakeholders.
3. Timely Delivery: Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule, within scope, and meet quality standards.
4. Change Management Support: Assist with training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate between internal teams, regional units, and vendors.
6. Risk and Issue Management: Identify risks, escalate issues, and support resolutions.
7. Documentation and Governance: Keep project documentation and reports up-to-date.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Experience managing or supporting global projects in a multinational environment.
2. Background in marketing technology or digital platforms (e.g., CMS, CRM).
3. Experience supporting change initiatives, ideally with a Change Manager or Transformation Lead.
4. Knowledge of digital operations and performance metrics is a plus.
