Document Controller for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in the United Kingdom
Responsibilities
* Provide support in the upload/download of information from/to ODOW internal systems and 3rd Party platforms, and the tracking of related information.
* Process internal Document Number Requests, including assignment of internal document numbers / creation of Aconex placeholders, and update of SharePoint filenames with assigned document numbers.
* QA-check internal documentation before Aconex upload.
* Upload and issue internal documentation and correspondence via Aconex and, whereRequired, initiate applicable workflows.
Requirements
* Experience in a document controller role, preferably in large multidisciplinary engineering projects.
* Qualification in document management.
* Previous experience with Document Control Systems in a project support office.
* Proven experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
