We have an opportunity for an Airport Field Service Leader - Fire to join Honeywell, working with our customers around the London and South area. You will lead the local service organisation to deliver best-in-class services, exceed customer expectations, and meet planned financial targets. Develop skills, information, and management discipline to deliver services timely at planned gross margins, leveraging HBS tools, processes, and best practices. Drive Honeywell's new technology adoption and ensure full compliance with fire legislation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage engineers within the local team at a key customer site, ensuring services are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
2. Maintain high customer satisfaction, promptly resolve issues, and close improvement opportunities effectively.
3. Own the financial performance of the business area and team, monitor monthly financials, and ensure availability of tools, equipment, and materials while controlling inventory levels.
4. Participate in estimate reviews before formal quotes to ensure accuracy and technical feasibility.
5. Build strong relationships with support teams, sales, and other field service leaders to ensure smooth handovers, resource optimisation, and maximised service and project delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications
1. Experience managing a team of engineers and leading change, with a focus on performance and development.
2. Background in a customer-facing environment with strong customer focus and account management experience.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across organizational levels.
4. Understanding of Profit & Loss responsibilities, KPI management, and forecasting.
5. Fire and Life safety background; cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.
