The Role
You'll handle a broad mix of contentious and non‑contentious employment work for an impressive commercial client base ranging from innovative start‑ups to major international brands.
Expect exposure to:
- Tribunal matters you can genuinely lead
- High‑value, complex disputes
- Corporate support and outsourcing projects
- Delivering training to clients and target clients
- Advocacy opportunities
- Cross‑office collaboration with a national Employment, Pensions & Immigration group of c.100 lawyers

What You'll Bring
You'll thrive here if you have:
- 2+ years' solid employment law experience from a reputable firm
- Strong technical ability and commercial instincts
- Excellent drafting and presentation skills
- Confidence running matters with minimal supervision
- The ability to supervise juniors and build strong client relationships
- A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for employment law
- Interest in developing your client training and BD skills
Bonus points for experience with restrictive covenants, team moves, or language skills (Spanish, French, German or Japanese).
