Overview
Position Summary:
Defines and implements market requirements for new products. Product management of a dedicated product line. Prepares marketing support program for a specific product, product line, or product area. Coordinates implementation with technical services and field sales organization. Provides Marketing assistance to field personnel and customers.
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
1. Helps drive the commercial strategy for the transplant diagnostics portfolio, identifying market opportunities, shaping product positioning, and enabling sales success.
2. Partners closely with commercial teams to develop value‑driven messaging, competitive insights, and selling tools that accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
3. Analyzes market trends, customer needs, and performance metrics to optimize targeting and go‑to‑market execution.
4. Actively represents the portfolio at key industry conferences and trade shows to strengthen brand presence, gather customer insights, support commercial engagements, and identify emerging opportunities.
5. Key marketing interface with R&D, Operations and QA/RA
6. Prepares and coordinates marketing support programs. Contribute to planning and creation of advertising and promotional materials. Write technical bulletins and newsletters.
7. Keeps informed about developments in medical instrumentation/diagnostic industry as they apply to the company's future marketing plans
8. Provides sales technical training for sales staff. Works with field sales staff to develop training requirements and sales tools required to introduce new products and sales campaigns for all or part of product line. Makes presentations to customers.
9. Understands all maintenance, performance and advantages of Werfen products
10. Understands technical aspects of Werfen and competitive products
11. Monitors field test and marketing introduction programs
12. Maintains regular communications with technical services on problems with instruments and reagents within the product line
13. Interfaces with all levels of management and to independently resolve conflicts/problems with company peers
14. Manages and drives internal projects with minimal supervision

Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:
23. Knowledge in Life Sciences: Medical Technology, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry
24. Bachelor's degree in biological science, business administration or marketing discipline, or equivalent. Prior experience in junior marketing product management positions
25. Minimum three years' experience in sales and/or marketing within the healthcare industry

The annual base salary range for this role is currently $, range to $, range. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and particular business needs.
This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, k plan retirement benefits with an employer match, as well as paid vacation and sick leave. Our sales roles are eligible for participation in a commission plan and our management, and select professional roles, are eligible for a performance-based bonus.
