AM Shift 04:15am to 12:15pm / PM Shift 12:00pm to 20:00pm
We are seeking x2 Moulding Shift Managers (AM / PM) to lead our moulding operations at Harboro Rubber Co Ltd. This role is responsible for the strategic oversight of the department, ensuring production remains efficient, safe, and high-quality.
Skills & Technical Requirements
* Operational Planning: Experience managing production schedules to hit "on time and in full" delivery targets.
* Performance Metrics: A practical understanding of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), scrap reduction, and cycle time optimization.
* Resource Management: Ability to manage labor allocation and machinery utilization to avoid bottlenecks.
* Safety & Compliance: Experience acting as a lead for health and safety, specifically regarding PPE and COSHH standards.
* Methodical Problem Solving: Ability to use Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and fix production or quality issues at the source.
* 5S Methodology: Experience maintaining a "tour-ready" facility through consistent auditing and organization.
