About the Role
Are you a digital content wizard who knows what makes product pages pop? Do you get a buzz out of watching your page engagement metrics soar? We’re looking for a Digital Merchandising Executive to join our team and help shape the way our products come to life online.
Responsibilities
* Manage product listings and content via our PIM system and CMS
* Write engaging and accurate product copy for our EMEA websites
* Coordinate translations and content updates across markets
* Upload and maintain product media assets (images, videos, manuals)
* Collaborate with various internal teams and external partners
* Analyze and report on digital content performance
* Keep our digital channels consistent, up-to-date, and customer-focused
* Addressing customer queries in our Bazaarvoice review platform
Required Skills
* Great writing skills and an eye for detail
* Familiar with PIM/CMS tools and digital workflows
* Organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership
* Working previously within Salesforce or a services environment would be a plus
Qualifications and preferred skills
* 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing or merchandising role
* Experience in digital marketing or merchandising role
