Senior Healthcare Support Worker – Colorectal & Complex General Surgical Department
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join the nursing team. You will perform clinical and non-clinical duties as delegated by the Registered Nurses.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in patient care within a 12 bedded Colorectal & Complex General surgical department.
* Support registered nurses with routine nursing duties.
* Maintain a collaborative, team‑based approach to patient care.
Required Qualifications
* Completed SVQ2 in healthcare.
* Previous experience working within a healthcare environment.
* Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills.
* Demonstrated interest in working within a colorectal & complex general surgical department.
