The Role We are seeking a LCV qualified Technician to join Brayleys Cars Limited’s Nissan dealership in Stourbridge. It’s a fast-paced environment where you will be part of the team reporting to the Aftersales Manager. You’ll be putting your technical expertise to great use with work ranging from routine service and maintenance to solving complex technical problems. You’ll be joining an expanding business that represents Nissan, KIA, Mazda, Honda Passenger Cars, Honda Motorcycles, Hyundai Renault, Dacia and Suzuki across London, The Home Counties, The Thames Valley, The West Midlands and the Greater Manchester area. Typically, on any given weekday you’ll be: Carrying out a wide range defect repairs 'including major unit overhauls Carrying out routine inspections' maintenance service and repairs to dealer standards Fault diagnosis and rectification using Manufactures Diagnostic tooling to ensure first time fix. Completing job cards and service sheets using online systems correctly and in line with warranty protocol Handling key mechanical work' brakes clutches suspension Participating in ongoing training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to date What sort of skills and experience do you need to work in one of our workshops? Ideally, you will be a certified level 3 Technician, with a full UK driving licence, ideally with at least 5 years’ experience in this or a similar brand, although this isn't essential.
