The Social Value & Improvement Manager will lead and coordinate DrPA Secures social value initiatives and continuous improvement programmes at Manston STHF & Western Jet Foil. This role ensures measurable positive outcomes for staff, stakeholders, and the local community while embedding best practice across operations. The post-holder will work closely with the Senior Management Team, operational staff, and external partners to implement initiatives, track outcomes, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the organisations social value strategy, aligned with operational priorities and Home Office requirements.
* Identify and promote opportunities to create positive outcomes for communities, staff, and stakeholders.
* Build and maintain partnerships with local agencies and community organisations.
* Monitor and report on social value initiatives using data and impact metrics.
* DrPA has been operating in secure environments since 2014 providing General Practitioner services and we are now growing to provide a complete healthcare service at Manston STHF & Western Jet Foil.
