To complement our team in the United Kingdom, we are looking for an Arabic-speaking Dedicated Travel & Lifestyle Manager in the area of Luxury Lifestyle Management to cover our overnight shifts.

Overview of responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for our premium customers, delivering high-quality customer service during overnight hours.
2. Advise premium customers via phone and email in Arabic and English.
3. Process customer requests end-to-end, from offer preparation through to billing, including individual travel arrangements as well as restaurant and club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports and cultural events), spa and fitness bookings, yacht charters, flowers, transport, sightseeing, and related services.
4. Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination management agencies.
5. Prepare tailor-made travel offers and documents, create detailed itineraries, manage visa applications, and handle all related administrative processes.
6. Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events, ensuring they benefit from unique and curated opportunities.
Requirements
Your Profile:
7. You have excellent language skills in professional Arabic and English, in written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework).
8. Have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism.
9. Have several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer servic.
10. Have GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge.
11. Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture.
12. Are service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
13. Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values.
14. Have excellent communication skills.

16. Are available on a full-time basis (40hrs per week) working permanent night shifts between 20:00 - 07:00 GMT hours, Monday to Sunday on a rotational shift basis.
Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option:
17. Located in United Kingdom.
18. Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model – at least 3x per week in the office.
19. A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions.
20. You must meet our minimum internet speeds if you want to work remotely / in our hybrid model and this will be checked during the recruitment process and again when you join. We also have a great office that you can work from as an alternative.
