The Role
We are seeking a CCTV Technician to join our highly skilled and friendly centralised CCTV Team. The role is primarily based at our Manchester workshop facilities in Eccles, with travel and some overnight stays required to support the Group.
Reporting directly to the Head of Group CCTV and assisting the CCTV Systems Manager, the main purpose of this role is to support the Group nationally with all matters related to our next-generation CCTV equipment. This includes troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing CCTV equipment, as well as managing stores, spares, and ancillary equipment.

* Location: Manchester (Eccles)
* Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
* Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshooting, testing, and basic repairs of drainage CCTV equipment from various brands.
* Providing online and telephone support and technical assistance across our group.
* Managing CCTV equipment logs, spare parts ordering, and distribution within the group.
* Performing preventative maintenance and servicing of equipment.
* Delivering operational and maintenance training to CCTV operatives.
* Maintaining accurate records of equipment location and service/repair history.
* Supporting the CCTV Systems Manager with secondary duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience in similar roles is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Strong computer skills are required.
* Electronics/electrical or operational CCTV background and relevant qualifications are preferred.
* A full clean UK driving license is preferred, and candidates must pass a drug and alcohol test.
* Applicants must be physically fit and capable of manual handling activities.
