Base pay range

Position: Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care)

Shifts Available: Zero-Hour Contract - Flexible Shifts Available, between Monday - Sunday, 7am - 10pm

What You Will Do

* Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining dignity and comfort.
* Support Daily Living: Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.
* Offer Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation.
* Conduct Wellbeing Checks: Regular checks to ensure safety and comfort.
* Ensure Compliance: Follow company policies on privacy, health and safety, and care standards.
* Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and share ideas to enhance care services.


What We Are Looking For

* Experience in Care: Previous care experience is preferred, but a genuine passion for helping others is essential.
* Positive Attitude: Friendly, supportive demeanor and a enthusiasm for assisting those in need.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients and families.
* Collaborator: Willingness to work with others in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, and adapt to client needs.
* Diligence: Careful and professional delivery of care tasks and wellbeing checks.
* Background Checks: Willingness to undergo necessary background checks.
