We have an exciting opportunity for an Intensive Housing Management Worker to join our service. You will support people we work alongside to access opportunities for them to improve their quality of life, develop their skills and make decisions about their future.
Responsibilities
* Support people to access opportunities to improve their quality of life, develop skills and make decisions about their future.
* Provide an effective and responsive intensive housing management service, including advice and assistance regarding money management, keeping properties functioning and in good repair.
* Work in partnership with external agencies to help people gain skills needed to maintain tenancy and move to independent living.
* Carry out inspections of properties and arrange for repairs, liaising with the property team, landlords and contractors when needed.
Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.

Job Title: Intensive Housing Management Worker
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, flexibility required
