Covering the private domestic sector, the work will be carried out throughout a variety of luxury apartments for a broad range of clients. In this role you will receive office-based training in the Ealing office, online training and spend half of your probationary period training and shadowing so you will be well on your way to becoming an engineer. You will be part of a team of 6 maintenance engineers who travel reactively to a selection of sites and will be placed to prevent issues from cropping up before they happen. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of maintenance, will be available on weekends when required and able to be on call after hours. The Role: Hands on maintenance for a variety of luxury apartments. You will use cutting edge tools and equipment to ensure high standards are maintained. You will receive your job allocation at the start of the day, so you will have a variety of maintenance tasks which keeps things fresh. You will be on call for a week of each month, where you will need to be available after hours but will receive £20 per day for making yourself available, and will receive £65 per call out.
