The main focus of the role is to deliver high-quality training and assessment in Street Works and related highways disciplines to groups of adult learners. You'll provide engaging instruction, carry out practical demonstrations, and support delegates to achieve industry-recognised qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Highways or Utilities environments, with hands-on knowledge of NRSWA procedures and reinstatement, and be confident delivering to groups or keen to develop those skills through our structured training programme.

The Role:
Full-time, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
Delivering training and assessment in Street Works and Highways
Working with groups of up to 12 learners
Supporting ongoing course development with our training team
The Person:
Experienced in Street Works / Highways operations
Holds NRSWA Reinstatement (Supervisor and Operative)
Confident with equipment such as Sthil Saws
Full UK Driving Licence
