Job Description
3. Perform routine mechanical maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
4. Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues in a timely manner.
5. Implement preventative maintenance plans to minimise machine downtime.
6. Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to enhance process efficiency.
7. Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.
8. Provide technical guidance to junior team members as required.
9. Participate in continuous improvement activities within the department.
10. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Mechanical Maintenance Engineer' should have:
11. A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
12. Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
13. Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to work.
14. Proficiency in using various mechanical tools and equipment.
15. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
