COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR - NQ-5 - DURHAM

Role Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Attend client meetings and provide clear, commercially focused advice.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Support senior lawyers and contribute to the team's knowledge base.

- Qualifications: Newly Qualified to 5 years PQE.
- Desirable: Experience in general dispute resolution, including commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes, property litigation and insolvency litigation
- Essential: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work from different locations to meet client needs.
