Heating Engineer (Gas Safe) Salary: £37,215 – £37,927 per year Location: Field-based, North Wales Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:00–16:30 Department: ClwydAlyn Property Maintenance Role Overview We are looking for a Plumbibg ad Heating Engineer to deliver high-quality boiler and heating maintenance across our properties in North Wales. This role focuses entirely on reactive and planned heating maintenance, including: Boiler servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs Gas appliance maintenance and reconnections (CKR1, HTR1, CEN1) Pipework and radiator replacements Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities This role is ideal for a heating specialist who takes pride in ensuring residents have safe, warm, and reliable homes.
