Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive – Lincoln – £45,000 to £80,000

The role
* Managing your own varied and interesting commercial property caseload
* Working closely with businesses, developers and investors across the region
* Building strong, long-term relationships by delivering a high level of client care
* Collaborating with colleagues across teams and offices
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
* Playing an active role in the continued success of the department

You
* A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
* Comfortable running matters independently from start to finish
* Naturally client-focused with a genuine interest in building relationships
* Well organised, commercially aware and able to manage your time effectively
* Approachable, professional and happy working as part of a team
