A close and brilliant client of ours, a market leading UK law firm when it comes to advising on corporate matters for mid-market energy and infrastructure funds, is looking to make an exciting growth hire at a senior level with extensive expertise in renewable energy focused M&A deals.
You'll have a chance to work on multiple technologies covering BESS, biogas & biomethane, CCUS, hydrogen, solar PV and rooftop solar to name a few.
This role will suit an ambitious Senior Associate or an individual on track to become a Legal Director who welcomes the responsibility for being proactive with business development and building effective client relationships.
