Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Latus Group is responsible for generating high-quality Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) by proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients. The role is critical to building pipeline for the sales team and directly contributes to revenue growth.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Execute high-volume outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement, to generate new sales opportunities.
2. Qualify inbound and outbound leads against Latus Groups defined SQO criteria, including need, fit, authority, and timing.
3. Schedule, confirm, and hand overqualified meetings to the Sales team, ensuring clear agendas, accurate notes, and context are provided in advance.
4. Maintain strict accuracy and hygiene within the CRM, ensuring all activity, qualification details, and outcomes are logged and auditable.
5. Follow up persistently and professionally with prospects to progress conversations and reduce no-show or drop-off rates.
6. Monitor acceptance and disqualification feedback from Sales to continuously improve lead quality and qualification standards.
7. Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead sources, campaign effectiveness, and prospect messaging.
