Our client based in Central Brighton is looking for a Legal Cashier – Brighton Office
An exciting opportunity has opened up to join our friendly and diverse
finance team
in the heart of
Brighton
.
We're looking for someone with previous experience in legal accounts, who is a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive, organised approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing client accounts in line with SRA compliance
* Handling daily client funds and electronic payments (CHAPS, BACS, FPS)
* Processing payments, receipts, transfers, cheques, and cash banking
* Posting expenses (fees, travel, etc.)
* Managing Infotrack and Land Registry invoices
* Supporting with filing and general admin tasks
What We're Looking For:
* Up-to-date knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules
* Experience with
Indigo
(preferred but not essential)
* Availability to start ASAP
* Based within easy reach of our Brighton office
