Job Title: Mechanical Fitter Pay Rate £21.68 Salary £50,726 Shift Salary - Days 40 hours £45,418 Location: Ellesmere Port Aspion are looking for a Maintenance Fitter to join our long standing client in the Wirral area. You will be required to carry out the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety in accordance with company standards and relevant legislation. Duties/Skills Conveyor bearings, rollers, head drums and tension/track Taper locks and hydraulic motors Power screen/trommel work Screen changes on various equipment Light maintenance on (hired) vehicles Servicing on equipment -Chutes and hoppers that feed conveyors Training will be given as necessary. Skills required: 2 or more proven years’ experience of plant fitting and maintenance in an industrial environment Have an excellent understanding and commitment to safe working practices.
