The Role
As part of our team, you will:
* Provide comprehensive analysis with clear presentations and actionable conclusions aimed at enhancing BRG's profitability and operational efficiency.
* Create, update, and refine reports while delivering insightful analysis to support informed decision-making.
* Partner with Operational Heads to provide real-time support and analysis, influencing key business decisions.
* Produce weekly P&Ls and submit reports to the group.
* Assist the Head of Commercial Finance in developing business case models for new restaurants.
* Support menu changes, managing the Brand Profitability Model.
* Conduct sales and margin analysis for the Brands.
* Collaborate with the management accounts team to gather information for analysis.
* Analyse monthly financial results, ensuring adherence to budgets and forecasts.
* Contribute to the forecasting and budgeting process.
* Develop action plans to drive cost-saving initiatives and support the business in achieving them.
* Provide key financial support to the Head of Franchise.
About You
We're looking for a driven and collaborative individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will:
* Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to forge and maintain productive relationships across all levels within the group.
* Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective liaison with stakeholders at Director level.
* Demonstrate exceptional organisational and time management abilities, balancing diverse tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
* Have a keen attention to detail, ensuring consistently accurate reporting and analysis.
* Be a team player who supports colleagues and fosters collaboration.
* Have a Part Qualified Accountant qualification, with a degree being advantageous.
* Possess advanced Excel skills.
