Candidates must be available to work both lunch and evening services. Also, specifically candidates must be available to work over school/university holidays. However, we always strive to achieve a wonderful work/life balance to suit individual circumstances.
Brief job description:
Along with all server duties, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of most shifts you work, alongside kitchen managers. You will often be responsible for the opening and closing of the premises including cashing the till. You will be required to help train staff, take bookings, carry out ordering and deal with customer complaints. You must constantly build customer rapport, upholding the company's standards and ethos, with knowledge of our sister establishment (next door) The Shed. You will very much be a face of our company.
