Security Vetting Analyst
Salary: £14 per hour (Living Wage Employer)
Location: Inverness Retail Park
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7am - 7pm
Manpower has a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become a Security Vetting Analyst, working with our client, Capgemini
In this role, you will be responsible for processing personnel security background checks on staff working for the organisation.
What you'll do
* Conduct security vetting and clearance processes for employees and contractors
* Manage ongoing security clearance reviews for existing employees and contractors
* Analyse security clearance investigation reports and making recommendations to management
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date security clearance records and documentation
* Collaborate with internal teams and government agencies to ensure compliance with security clearance policies and procedures
* Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations related to security vetting and clearance processes
What you'll bring
* The successful candidate will be required to undertake UK Government National Security Vetting at SC level. Police vetting at a minimum of NPPV2/CTC would be desirable
* Experience in conducting detailed administration processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
* Ability to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer focused service to relevant stakeholders
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
