JOB RESPONSABILITIES
* Good understanding of GP & Labour control.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulation and the ability to implement them effectively.
* Deliver exceptional customer service,ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Responsible of team recruitment,training and development by assessing their performance and providing constructive feedback.
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the store,ensuring smooth operation.
* Maintain and improve store standards to meet company expectation.
* Manage financial aspects including forecasting and forward planning in line with the store P&L
REQUIREMENT
* Minimum of 1 year or more of experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or similar type of business within the hospitality industry.
* Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and think on your feet
* A passion for food,service,and creating a positive work environment
* Proven track record of great result
