We’re looking for a confident and proactiveTelemarketing / Sales Support Executiveto join our commercial team. If you love talking to people, building relationships, and supporting a busy sales environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Making outbound calls to warm, cold, and dormant leads to spark conversations and qualify interest
* Responding to website enquiries, inbound calls, and Live Chat messages, and routing them to the right team members
* Following up on quotes, checking in with customers, and capturing feedback to support conversion
* Supporting the sales and business development team with quote preparation and campaign follow-ups
* Updating the CRM with accurate records of all calls, contact details, and opportunities
* Building rapport with new contacts and laying the groundwork for long-term client relationships
* Assisting with outbound call campaigns and measuring success through basic performance metrics
* Spotting and escalating cross-sell or upsell opportunities where appropriate
* Maintaining a strong understanding of our product range so you can speak confidently with customers
What We’re Looking For:
* 1–2 years of experience in a telemarketing, customer service, or sales support role (B2B preferred)
* Strong phone and communication skills with a friendly, confident tone
* Great organisation and attention to detail—especially when following up and quoting
* A team player with a proactive, positive attitude
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
* CRM experience is a bonus
* Familiarity with the construction, traffic management, or industrial sectors is an advantage
