1. QTS (Qualified Teaching Status in England)
2. Strong Communication Skills
3. Passionate about teaching
4. An enhanced DBS certificate (registered with the Update Service or willing to apply through Class People)

Pay Rates:
* Supply: £130 - £170 per day
* Long-term contracts paid to scale: £162.31 - £261.17 per day
